Cars are cool and stuff but how about privately funded
space flight? This prize is $10 million to the first privately funded
group to do a sub-orbital space flight twice in two weeks. Chances are,
Burt Rutan's SpaceShipOne (http://www.scaled.com)
will have already won this prize by the time you read this.

Lots of links to other AMC resources

Transmission parts for older manual and automatic
transmissions. I purchased parts from them for the T-14 I put in my
American and I was very happy with both the price and service.
Vintage Volvo parts. Why a Volvo parts vendor on a
mostly Rambler site? The reason is they are one of the few places that
carries brake hardware for 9 inch Wagner drum brakes. This place appears
to be one of the really good vendors. The parts I ordered arrived
quickly and shipping was inexpensive.
Reproduction fuel, brake, and vacuum lines.
Fuel pump rebuilding. They did the fuel pump on my
wagon. It came back quickly and it looked and worked like new.
AMC parts supplier. This is the place where I purchased
the outer rocker panels for my 1968 American.
Giant selection of hardware.
Various restoration parts for AMCs. Most of their stuff
is for Javelins and AMXs but they do have some American and SC/Rambler
stuff. They recently started selling 1966 - 69 hood ornaments which have
not been available as reproductions for a long time.
Electrical Supplies and Info
Makers of various wiring harnesses and wiring products.
Mike Rowand's guide to some of the more commonly used
automotive electrical terminals and where to get them. This was a huge
help to me when I rebuilt the engine wiring harness for my
1984 Ramcharger.
Supplier of quality automotive grade wire. They have a
very good selection of colors (including wires with tracers colors) and
are very easy to deal with.
The name pretty much describes this company. They also
carry a good selection of electrical terminals and connector bodies.
Great selection of terminals and connector bodies.
They mostly sell fuel injection stuff for Fords but
they also sell wire harness tape (which is what I purchased from them)
at a great price.
