Len Brooks' 1966 Rambler RebelFirst a little background on the car and how I got it. The car is a 1966 Rambler Rebel Classic 2 door hard top. It's got a 327 cubic inch engine( newly rebuilt in 1979, with very few miles put on since). with a 380 4bbl Holley carburetor (270 hp with this carb) 3 speed "Flash-O-Matic" transmission, Twin-Grip differential, console shift, black interior with bucket seats. It's the original color (or close to it. It was newly painted in 1980) the color Antigua red. With a black vinyl top , put on sometime after the new paint job by another owner. The car was originally purchased in North Hollywood California, at Bonanza Rambler, 54949 Lankershim Boulevard. I'm not sure who purchased it. I have numerous repair sheets with a man by the name of Ron Brown, who at the time, lived here in New Brunswick, Canada. They dated in the '70's.
