Pikes Peak

In was pretty cloudy the day we were there so I wasn't able to take as many pictures as I would have liked but here are a few I took as it was starting to clear up. To give you an idea of how far you can see, when it's clear, you can see into Kansas. That is a view!

After the above picture, it was time to go. Here are a few from the trip down.

Here's a better shot showing one of the sticks used to mark the drains for the rail bed.

Just like when handling fire arms, it's important when taking pictures to pay attention to where your fingers are in relation to the trigger.
