822 Original Mile 1968 American

This car is simply stunning and with the exception of the fluids, exactly as it left the dealer (right down to the tires!). It was pulled from a barn in 2003 where it had sat since 1968. The story goes that the original owner purchased the car and died within a few weeks of the purchase. His wife didn't drive so the car was put away until last year when Jerry found out about it and brought it back to life. According to Jerry, that task mainly consisted of changing the fluids and cleaning the car up. The following pictures were taken mainly for my benefit but if you have a six cylinder 1968 American of your own, here's your chance to see what the under hood area should look like.
